Page Eye Center has a full service optical service center which offers the latest styles of frames. Brands sold but not limited to are, Oakley, Bebe, Allan J and many others. We are constantly changing our inventory so check back soon and see what is new today.

Contact Lenses

Contact Lenses are also prescribed and sold at Page Eye Center. Contact Lens brands include but not limited to, Air Optix, Acuvue, Biofinity, Purevision, Proclear and Toric lenses, Quarterly and Yearly Replacement contacts can also be purchased & ordred online today

Eye Exams

Comprehensive eye exams for all ages are offered. Medical and Emergency eye exams and foreign body removal are also offered. The latest equipment such as a Fundus camera and Topcon OCT which are used to diagnose and assess the overall health of the eye.

Dr. David Mallavia is a graduate of Idaho State University and received his doctorate degree at the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton , CA .

Dr. Mallavia has been practicing at the Page Eye Center and serving the Page community since the summer of 2004. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and became board certified with the American Board of Optometry in 2013. He is also a “Banner Provider with privileges” for Banner Hospital and a member of their Board of Directors.
